Liability Policy

At Outlaw Rebel Kennel we take great care in breeding and raising healthy, happy puppies for our clients. However, we understand that breeding dogs comes with inherent risks, and we want to ensure that our clients understand the potential risks and how we mitigate them.

Health Testing: We take the health of our breeding dogs very seriously and conduct thorough health tests before breeding. We also require potential clients to provide proof of health testing for their own dogs before entering into a breeding agreement.
Contractual Agreements: We require all clients to sign a contract before entering into a breeding or buying agreement. This contract outlines our breeding policies and procedures, including health testing requirements, breeding fees, background checks, and ownership rights.
Liability Waiver: We require all clients to sign a liability waiver before entering into a breeding or buying agreement. This waiver releases us from any liability associated with the breeding or buying process, including any health or genetic issues that may arise in the puppies.
Education: We work closely with our clients to ensure they understand the breeding process and potential risks. We provide education on proper care for the mother and puppies, as well as guidance on socialization and training.
Transparency: We are transparent with our clients about our breeding policies and procedures. We provide information on our breeding dogs, health testing results, and any genetic issues that may be present in our breeding lines.

6. Outlaw Rebel Kennels takes full responsibility for all sales and is the sole proprietor. Outlaw Rebel Kennels in no way holds Rhea Media Group responsible for anything that may happen that may be illegal, against state laws, or against federal laws and policies.

While we take every precaution to ensure the health and wellbeing of our breeding dogs and their puppies, we cannot guarantee a completely risk-free breeding or buying process. By entering into a breeding or buying agreement with us, clients acknowledge and accept the potential risks and release us from any liability associated with the breeding process.

At Outlaw Rebel Kennel, we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to dog fighting. We strongly believe that dog fighting is a cruel and inhumane practice that has no place in our society, and we are committed to doing everything in our power to put an end to it.
